We are looking for reliable and responsible person(s) to help with the daily operations of this soon to be historic festival. If you are interested in attending and have are willing to donate some time please contact us.
We have numerous positions available, from ticket sales to stage assistants. It takes all types of people with all types of skills to run a festival of this size and we are interested in hearing from you! Please review the list below and download our "Volunteer Form" and let us know what you would be interested in volunteering with.
- Ticket sales - Sell and process sales.
- Take ticket orders - Welcome audience, take tickets & attach wristbands, gate security.
- Prepare welcome packets.
- Peace Officer - Traffic & crowd management, audience assistance information, and facility security.
- Sales & Merchandise - check in/out performer merchandise, stock & oversee tables, and help customers .
- Stage Assistant - help with load-in and load-out of sound equipment.
- Site Asst./Rovers - Set up and take down banners, poles & displays, deliver and collect tables, chairs and signs.
- Recycling - collect items for recycling, keep festival site clean.
- Vendor Support - Help lay out booth spaces, help vendor to set up Friday afternoon, and breakdown Saturday evening, water/Ice Delivery.
- Distribute posters.
- Artist/VIP liaison.
- Work in volunteer tent.
- Mailings.
- Children's area - assist in supervising children's activities.
- Wheel chair assistant - assist people with disabilities and read signs.
